Level 2 Reports (Formerly known as the Homebuyer Report)
The Level 2 Report is suitable for properties of modern construction that are in a reasonable condition.
Our Level 2 report will provide a detailed overview of the elements of a property and their condition, identifying where items are in a good/normal condition, where attention will be required in the future and where urgent attention is required.
It will also highlight any possible legal issues that your Legal Adviser will need to investigate e.g. flying freeholds, unclear boundaries.
